While we love our city and are sure you will too while here in your short term rental in Charlotte, it can be nice to escape the grind. That’s where the McDowell Nature Center and Preserve comes in! It is 1,125 acres of beautiful preserve with wildlife, hiking trails and a number of campgrounds of various kinds. If you want to get away but don’t have time to go far we can’t recommend McDowell enough!
