The Catawba Lands Conservancy does a lot of great work in the Charlotte area, but they also know how to party! While you are with us in furnished suites in Charlotte, be sure to plan on stopping by the 2nd Annual Pop-Up Picnic! Last year was a blast, and we are sure this year will be as well. From 5:30-8:30 pm at Freedom Park, you can enjoy a homemade picnic, or can get food there. There will be great bluegrass music, and family friendly activities as well. There will also be a fundraising auction to benefit the conservancy, so consider participating. Note that you can’t bring your own alcohol, but there will be some great local brewers offering their wares on-site.
