In response to Hurricane Helene, Goodwill Industries of Southern Piedmont is hosting a supply drive to aid disaster relief efforts for Western North Carolina. The event takes place across 36 Goodwill retail locations in Charlotte from October 5-6, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The drive will collect essential supplies such as toiletries, baby products, tarps, and non-perishable food items. Donations will be transported to affected areas via Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Participating in this drive is an impactful way for Charlotte residents to contribute to hurricane recovery efforts. Help out while staying close by in corporate housing.
